Dear customers, we love to hear from you. However the nature of our business is to provide outstanding cleaning service.
To do that we put the admin side of business to the background automating it as much as we can and we put the cleaning part of business to the foreground. We are a very small business operating with 3-5 cleaners at a time.
Here is how it works best for all parties:
1) If you like to book a cleaning appointment please use our booking calendar at www.amazingcleaningladies.as.me or the “book now’ button throughout this website- it will show the available times. Most of the time we can achieve your preferences. In some rare cases we might ask you for another day and time if your chosen time doesn’t work for us.
2) If you have more questions please get in touch at the contact widget on the bottom right or on email@example.com or on WhatsApp 0423882608
3) For short notice changes please use our email, WhatsApp or use the number of your personal cleaner.
4) We are very sorry but usually we don’t answer the phone during business hours. Even though our website looks like we are a big company, we are a VERY VERY small business and are on site ourselves during the day. Admin and enquiries are done early mornings or after business hours. We are sorry if that doesn’t work for you. If you can live with it however we promise that you get an exceptional and reliable ongoing cleaning service.
